Canadian Armed Robbery Training Associates Inc. (CARTA) is the only Canadian company to provide comprehensive armed robbery response training designed specifically for employees in high-risk cash businesses including retail, gas, credit unions, banks and convenience store locations. Participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to respond safely and effectively to a wide variety of robbery and threat situations.

Todd Moore
President
Todd has over two decades of policing experience is currently a police detective. A former investigator in the Robbery Unit and other Specialized Investigative Units, Todd has years of experience and leadership in the investigation of financial and commercial armed robberies.  In 2003, Todd was the recipient of the Canadian Bankers Law Enforcement Award and Gold Medal for his work in a complex robbery investigation. He is a designated Certified Security Professional with the Canadian Society of Industrial Security.

Brian Kennedy
Vice–President
Brian has over two decades of policing experience and is currently a police sergeant and former member of the Canadian Armed Forces. As a former member of the Robbery Unit, Brian has been the officer in charge and lead investigator in a number of high profile robbery investigations. He has extensive experience in various investigative units. In his current role as a supervisor, Brian responds to armed robbery incidents on a daily basis where he is responsible for crime scene security and continuity of robbery scenes.

The Learning Institute (TLi) is a division of Level Five Strategic Partners that offers customized training and education programs designed specifically for credit unions at all levels ranging from front line staff all the way to the board of directors. TLi is partnered with CARTA Inc., to offer Armed Robbery Response Seminar Training to credit unions, financial services and retail markets across Canada.
